I had such a wonderful experience at FrostFit! Janine was welcoming, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. I appreciated the clarity of the appointment preparation (text reminders, directions to the office and formal paperwork) and how clearly everything was explained during the appointment. The experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

As an girly who hates to sweat and workout I had the most Amazing experience! Janine C does it all! She’s the owner and also is hands on with her clients. Her business is located inside a family owned GYM which caters to folks in the body building world. I was originally skeptical and little taken back that the business was in a gym because of the stigma body countering has but there is so much more to it. The Cryo +Emsculpt package she had for first time customers was an amazing experience. I saw my stomach flat literally after one session!! I am skeptical of anything that promises instant but let me tell you this stuff works! Super clean and very individualized to the person. Not your typical “med spa” look which mark up pricing by 40%. She is candid and honest with her pricing and the machine she uses. I am so glad I found her through an Instagram ad! I was paying 400.00 per location per session in the last place. She is no where near that price. Gotta give her a shot and you will know what I mean! ❤️❤️

Janine was flexible with my appointment and friendly but professional. Explained process well. Painless. Immediate results compared to cool sculpting i paid more for elsewhere. I would return and highly recommend.
