Charles Medical Group Hair Transplants

I chose to do a FUT hair transplant at Charles Medical Group and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The initial consultation with Patricia was informative knowledgeable and low pressure. The clerical logistics and scheduling with Jenisita was smooth and efficient. The Technicians at CMG Haley, Jenny, and Robert are extremely qualified with years of experience working together with Dr Charles. The staff really makes you feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Dr Charles is directly involved with the entire procedure as he did the incisions for the grafts and creates the hairline himself to the shape that we discussed. I am 100% confident that I will see the desired results from this procedure as all aspects of my transplant were top notch. If your looking to do a transplant I highly recommend Dr Charles and the staff at Charles Medical group to do your procedure.

After extensive research and three consultations at three different clinics, I decided to go with Charles Medical group! On the day of my surgical procedure within minutes, I felt very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Charles. Jen made me feel like I was with friends then Haley and Robert went right to work. The entire procedure we had in depth real conversations like we were all close friends! This team has been together for many years and shows in their quality of work. My procedure was seven days ago and today Dr. Charles will remove the stitches. I look forward to visiting with my friends today. More to come. …..

The initial consult with Dr. Charles and team was informative. Dr. Charles and Patricia answered all the questions I had - and were not pushy whatsoever in trying to sell when I was merely trying to educate myself further after online research. The day of the procedure, Dr. Charles and his team put me at ease. I could tell the team had worked together for many years as they had great camaraderie and created a lighthearted but focused atmosphere that relaxed me throughout the procedure. For those concerned about pain - there was minimal pain from a handful local anesthesia shots early on which were quick. I took a couple ibuprofen as advised after the procedure when I got home and didn’t experience any pain that night or the following day following the instructions and helpful tips provided to me. Everyone will have a different tolerance for pain but the entire team was focused on my comfort throughout the duration of the procedure. Dr. Charles was kind enough to come in the following day (a holiday) to was the hair and inspect areas 24-hours post-op. Ultimately the success of the procedure won’t be known for a while - but I’m confident it will turn out as hoped. Based on my experience to date - I’d unequivocally recommend Dr. Charles and his team.
