I saw Dr. Cress over a month ago now for a first adjustment. He came highly recommended by my colleagues. After the adjustment, however, I had a severe reaction at night - I fainted, felt nauseated. The following day I was extremely low on energy, dizzy and in shock. I never experience symptoms like these before and have had chiropractic adjustments all my life. I am a fit person and work out regularly. Dr. Cress saw me again the day after (I called), and I seemed to have felt better, but only for a day or two. Symptoms kept coming back, especially at night (vertigo, super weak neck, constant headaches and pressure in my head). I even wore a neck support brace for a few days. I warned Dr. Cress at the beginning that I am hyper flexible and that I react very easily to adjustments. Long story short, after a trip to gentler specialist (who said my vertigo was caused by the misalignment in my cervical spine caused by my previous adjustment), a trip to ER to get CT scans of my neck (I was super scared since symptoms weren’t going away), an appointment with neurologist, a ton of acupuncture and muscle work, a few missed days at work, daily naproxen to survive, I feel better but my symptoms aren’t fully gone (I hope with time they will). I was diagnosed with a cervical sprain at ER. I wanted to share this experience with public so they are careful. I believe Dr. Cress did not acknowledge the problem correctly, did not test me for why I kept having vertigo/dizziness (explanation was that my liver/kidney channel was underperforming - blood work didn’t show that and even if it was true, not sure I’d faint from it so abruptly, all of a sudden) and his subsequent course of action after the initial adjustment didn’t correct my issue (I came back to him a few times - yes, my mistake).

If you’re dealing with back pain, I can’t recommend Dr. Nick Cress enough. When I hurt my lower back, he was a lifesaver. Dr. Cress not only helped relieve my pain but also took the time to explain what was going on with my body and how I could prevent future injuries. His approach is both professional and compassionate, and he genuinely cares about getting you back on your feet (or back, in my case) as quickly and safely as possible. Thanks to him, I’m feeling stronger than ever. If you need a chiropractor who knows his stuff and cares about his patients, Dr. Nick Cress is the one to see!
💯 the best in town!! I started coming to Kinesio Way 5 years ago.
Nick fixed my neck after 4 months of pain. I have referred him so many people and every single one is very happy with his services.
The athletic trainer/massage therapist, Aung Awe also is very knowledgeable of the anatomy. He’s fixed me several times after I limp into his office. 5 Stars for sure! I go every two weeks.

I had a great experience at Kinesio Way Chiropractic with
Dr. Nick, Aung Aye and staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Nick took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The staff was equally fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Kinesio Way Chiropractic.
