Nava Center

I went to Nava Health and at first they were fantastic . I did the membership and had to cancel because it was too far . They used to accept insurance but don’t any longer . It was over a year and I got a call from Nava re an unpaid bill. “Patient responsibility” they said . I called my insurance in March and my insurance told me that I had no patient responsibility and I notified Nava of this in June. Nava decided to empty out my bank account per line item 14 line items to be exact incurring overdraft fees on seven of them until my bank stopped them from pulling any more after 10. I called my insurance and Nava Nava said they told me about it and it was my responsibility. However, my insurance company found the claim that they billed me for unlawfully and that claim has been denied by my insurance because they did not file the claim in a timely manner so they decided to help themselves to an attempt of 14 charges emptying out my bank account of $2000 and refusing to refund it saying that I gave them authorization to take money out of my account And I said yes for the membership fee and I told you that we had this resolved. I am still out $2000 and this is cost me a great deal of money and I find their Billing practices to be unscrupulous to say the least I have recordings and I’m seeking a lawyer since they refuse to refund my money in addition to the fuse that they caused me proceed with caution. The doctors were great, but after ripping me off for $2000 and ruining my bank account and taking ALL OF MY MONEY AND REFUSING TO RETURN IN I AM STILL PLAYING CATCH-UP ON WHAT TGEY STOLE

NAVA Health WAS a good experience That had services that were helpful. That quality has gone COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. The customer service team Is HORRIBLE! We ordered medicine X 3 that was never delivered. Their Team is not helpful anymore. It’s sad . They prioritize money or quality of care. I DO NOT recommend anymore. It’s a different experience. Do the research.

If you are like me and tired of having a prescription pad thrown at you during every visit to your doctor and want a space to have more control over your health I recommend coming to NAVA. They take an integrative approach to your health and really look at the big picture. The labs they run look at so much more than you are used to. This gives a better picture of how your body is function as a whole. Everyone in this clinic is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions in depth. Shout out to Reaf, Anthony, Dr. Ali, Erin, Paulina and Alexsandra for always making me feel welcome and cared about.
