Neurohealth Treatment Centers TMS Therapy

I have been receiving treatment here for 3 weeks now, and so far I really love it. The ambience is refreshing and healing, the medical assistant Naila is really wonderful and has a really kind and calm bedside manner. The process of getting my treatment approved through my insurance was really easy and fast and they walked me through the whole thing. I didn't have to do anything outside of the office or chase down prior authorizations, and the doctor requested my medication through my insurance and it was sent over immediately. I especially love the coffee bar and chocolates they offer, and when I asked if they could get a subscription to a streaming service so the music during my session wouldn't be interrupted, they got right on it. They also put up a blackout shade on the door so the room would be perfectly dark for me since my eyes are sensitive to light during treatment. Sometimes it's just the little things that take an experience to the next level, and they've done a really incredible job of that here. I'm so glad I chose this place, and I recommend it to everyone who asks.

I came to NeuroHealth Treatment Centers for help with depression and was given the option to try TMS Treatment. I decided to start, and I’m so glad I did—especially because Naila was the one doing my treatments. Naila is absolutely a professional in every sense of the word. From day one, she made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness, genuine care, and expertise shine through in every session. She's incredibly skilled with the TMS machine—she makes it look effortless, and you can just tell she knows exactly what she's doing. My first visit also included Dr. Kaplan, who is an absolute rockstar! She has such a warm, engaging personality and made me feel seen and understood right away. Her compassion and knowledge truly set the tone for a great experience. What really stands out is how much Naila truly cares.
