One star is being very generous. We live in ct and are in Florida for a few weeks so we needed an ultra sound and appointment for my wife who is 26 weeks . I paid $500 for an ultra sound so we can see our baby . We were in the ultra sound room for exactly 3 mins- not an exaggeration-and told us the baby’s turned around so that’s all i can get. She then said here’s a picture of the baby’s spine to prove i tried and one picture of heartbeat and sent us out. I was absolutely robbed of the $500. The ladys at the front desk are nice but the rest of the place is very unprofessional and doesnt provide the service being paid for . Every ultra sound we have had has been atleast 20 mins and handful of pictures.i Wish we read the reviews first as this seems to be an on going issue at this office

The ladies at the desk were wonderful, they are friendly, sweet and remember who you are. My experience with most of the physicians were fine. I feel like for a first time mom you had to know what questions to ask other wise no information was really provided on what to expect or what to do. I have a list of why my experience was bad during my pregnancy but the worst was the 6 week follow up. I was scheduled for early morning, they called the night before and pushed it back to 2:30 which was fine no big deal. I have to drive an hour both ways to get to this office. I get there 2:15-2:20 check in get put into a room and sit there (my husband took off work and we had our newborn with us ) we say the till 4pm and never saw the dr. No one checked on us, apologized(minus the front desk again I love those ladies). Horrible experience and will never go back.
Update: they called back to reschedule. After reluctantly rescheduling for a date that works for me the scheduler said “it’s really recommended you are seen 6weeks after you give Birth” I said yes well we tried that yesterday and my time was wasted. And she tried to go back and forth with me about what is recommended.

My wife recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cecilia Lawn, and she hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful her experience was. In the past, she hasn’t always had the best gynecological care, but Dr. Lawn truly changed that. From the very first visit, she took the time to listen, showed genuine compassion, and made my wife feel heard, validated, and respected.
For the first time, my wife feels hopeful that the concerns she’s been dealing with are being taken seriously and that there’s a clear plan to get to the bottom of them. That kind of care and attention makes such a difference.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my wife asked me to share just how amazing Dr. Lawn is. Thank you, Dr. Lawn, for truly listening and for providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. We’re so grateful.

Well, apparently, it is back to the cattle barn for me. For a couple of years, I went to the Gyno Building next door but they have changed that into the obstetrics building. Probably, because they have set up mammography and other things in the cattle barn. Nothing like being treated like part of the herd when you go in for your annual pap smear. I just adore corporate medicine.

Everything about this place is terrible. Brazzel is egotistical, pushes un-medically necessary c sections and seems to know very little about women's health. He discourages breastfeeding and minimizes any and all concerns you may have. Customer service is non-existent, good luck getting anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Even the nurses line for urgent needs has gone unanswered. This place is just a baby factory $.
