I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Brain Optimization Institute. I came in struggling with autonomic dysregulation, including a high resting heart rate and palpitations, and honestly feeling discouraged after dealing with it for a long time. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They truly take the time to listen, explain what’s happening in your body, and create a personalized plan to help your brain and nervous system heal. Every provider I worked with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and encouraging throughout the process. What stood out most to me was how hard they worked to help me heal and how much they truly cared about my progress. I never felt like “just another patient”—they were invested in me as a person and in my healing . I am so grateful for the progress I’ve made and for the support I received there. If you are dealing with long COVID symptoms like palpitations, I would absolutely recommend them. They gave me hope and real tools for healing.

Five stars isn’t nearly enough to reflect how wonderful our experience was. We drove eight hours to get to the office, and we would do it again without hesitation. It’s hard to put into words the gratitude we feel for Dr. Longyear, Dr. Dan, and their incredible team. Their care and patience with kids is truly remarkable, making the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for families. Both the clinical care and the front-office staff are exceptional. The treatments and the knowledge we’ve gained have truly changed our lives. I could not recommend this office more. My experience with Dr. Meaghan for Neural Emotional Release was truly excellent. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—the setting was very comfortable and calming.
