The physicians in this practice provide excellent care, which is why I’m sharing this feedback thoughtfully rather than simply leaving the practice. Dr. Bates is outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in preventative care and education. Her approach has made a meaningful difference in my health, and PA Lindsey in the group has also been professional and compassionate. Unfortunately, my recent experience with administrative staff, specifically referral coordinator Ambrea, was very challenging. While attempting to complete a straightforward imaging order, I encountered repeated communication breakdowns that caused unnecessary delays while I was physically present at the imaging center. When I contacted the office to resolve an incorrect order, Ambrea stated it had already been faxed but initially would not confirm the fax number. When I explained that the imaging center had asked me to call because the order was incorrect, her tone became noticeably raised and dismissive. Only after repeated requests was the fax number provided. This interaction followed similar communication issues from the previous day. I witnessed discourteous communication directed toward a PA while I was in the office, which was concerning. The PA apologized to me as if she had no authority or options. These experiences are disappointing because they stand in stark contrast to the high level of care provided by the physicians. Administrative communication is critical to timely patient care, and when it breaks down, it can significantly impact the overall experience. With improvements in staff communication and professionalism, this practice would easily be five stars. The doctors themselves are exceptional and deserve an office environment that reflects the quality of care they provide.

Physician's Assistant Lyndsay Lybarger is a very sharp and a thorough doctor that listens to you and cares about your well being. Also to add to this atmosphere Marley and Shelby the medical assistants were fantastic as well. They make you feel very comfortable and are good at what they do as well. Highly recommended. Thank you all.

All are ready to be of assistance. Needed help with ordering recommended hormones which Cat took time to assist. Love the Hugo machine. Appt with Dr George was thorough addressing my concerns . The PA and NP took time assisting with additional concerns.
