I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $180 for a consultation that lasted less than 15 minutes. The appointment felt rushed, and there was no meaningful review or explanation of my concerns. After the consultation, once I communicated that I was not interested in hormone replacement therapy pills, all communication stopped. Despite sending my blood work, I never received feedback, follow-up, or a response. I reached out multiple times and heard nothing back. At the end of the day, I paid for a service that was never fully provided. This felt unprofessional and like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this provider. This is my answer to Mr. Adonis Maiquez: Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify several inaccuracies. The $180 payment was strictly for the consultation, which took place the very same day I made the payment (12/22/2025). It was not for reviewing prior lab work. During that consultation, I clearly stated that I would be sending my previous lab results afterward, which I did. There was no agreement or disclosure that the consultation fee included a separate lab review or that an additional call was required for that purpose. After the holidays, I made multiple attempts to follow up by phone, but I did not receive any response or callback. Therefore, the lack of communication cannot reasonably be attributed to the holiday period. Communication ceased shortly after I stated that I was not interested in hormone replacement therapy using oral pills. From that point on, there was no further engagement, guidance, or professional follow-up. Due to the poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of the situation, I no longer feel comfortable or confident pursuing any treatment—free or otherwise—through this practice. Trust is essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that trust was lost.

Finding experienced local doctors who genuinely take symptoms seriously was challenging. I had to interview several before being referred to Dr. Adonis. I'm very glad to have found someone who listens and assists with HRT.

Dr. Adonis has changed my life. I was not dealing with menopause well at all, having hot flashes, memory problems, libido issues, absolutely zero energy, and lots of rage inside! LOL Hormone replacement is advertised everywhere, so I thought it would be easy to get HRT, but I found it to be a guessing game with my GYN, my primary physician, as well as 2 different pharmacists and none of them really helped me. So I started looking for a “specialist” and a nurse referred me to Dr.Adonis. I met with him in a zoom meeting and instantly noticed how he was actually listening to what I was saying and had feedback for every concern I had. He ordered some labs and wrote up a plan for me to include HRT that is super easy to take, several vitamins/supplements, and of course, recommendations for diet & exercise. I am dead serious when I say I feel like I’m 30 years old again!! My hot flashes are gone, sex drive is up, my memory is back to normal, and best of all, I have a crazy amount of energy! My mood has also stabilized. I wish I had met Dr. Adonis sooner and I cannot recommend him enough!
