⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I’ve had such a positive experience with the Brain and Mind Institute and Ms. Rossis! From the very first visit, Ms. Rossis made me feel comfortable and understood. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their well-being. The entire team at the Brain and Mind Institute is welcoming and professional. The environment feels calm and supportive, and I always leave my appointments feeling encouraged and hopeful. Thanks to Ms. Rossis guidance and expertise, I’ve made real progress and feel more confident in managing my life. The Brain and Mind Institute truly cares about its Patients as the Medical and Administrative Team does a great professionally job in evaluating and properly treating the Patient. Special mention to: ARNP Grantly Ittera, and Laura (who got the Invega injection for free ). They listen; are very nice and empathetic; the best! HOOAH!

I've been going to this place for 3 plus years... I started with DR. giovanny, then a DR. I. Grant was brought in after she left the company... I believe they hired new management a woman named Lauren, from the "upstairs".... They completely became dysfunctional. The customer service and "setting an appointment" became a NiGhTMaRe.....
