Tried The Recover Room for the first time and absolutely loved it! The cold plunge was amazing—invigorating, refreshing, and easily the best setup I’ve seen. The staff was welcoming and guided me through the process, making it easy even as a first-timer. The space is clean, modern, and designed to help you feel relaxed and recharged. I left feeling clear, energized, and already looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend to anyone curious about cold therapy or looking to take their recovery to the next level!

I’m a new member and I’ve loved it so far. The ladies I’ve interacted with at the front desk have been super helpful and friendly, the whole vibe is clean, bright, relaxed and welcoming. The machines are high quality. That’s really what made a difference for me. They’re the exact machines I would want in my own home if I had it like that lol. Maybe one day, for now very grateful to have this place to recover and find peace! ✌️
