NeuroCare Pro - Pulsed Light Medical Technology

As a person that has a visible TBI, I counted on this company to have an actual 'medical device' that had what they advertised. I looked up every social media ad, looked at the claims on the website and reviewed everything the owners and testimonials stated. Advanced Technology, dual, triple, quadruple diodes, variance in frequency that can pulse. Non-thermal, and above all they call it 'treatment'. The device has few of the required medical device identifiers by the FDA. Within 15 minutes the Brain Cap heated up and I suffered an injury in my eye, it filled with blood. I was taken to the hospital for treatment. Upon forensic examination by my family, we found that none of the 'advanced technology' advertised is in this device. It does not have a separate chip to pulse, does not have dual, triple or quadruple diodes. It cannot generate NIR (near infrared) it only has one diode. It does not change frequency. Oscillation shows one frequency at 2.5 Hz not the various frequency they advertised. There is no protection in the mat that absorbs heat, so the heat gathers and because it doesn't pulse it just comes out through the cap. In my opinion this is false marketing under the FTC and FDA misbranding of the device. I reported this company and in the process of obtaining a lawyer.

I’ve owned and used a NeuroCare Pro Brain-Gut Care System for almost 2 years. I use it regularly and I depend on it. It has helped me with my mild cognitive impairment and other issues. Yesterday it stopped working, probably because I dropped the controller more than once! So I called customer support. David called me back this morning. It’s out of warranty, but he arranged a replacement at a fair price. It’s being shipped out today, so I won’t be without this wonderful technology and device! I highly recommend NeuroCare Pro products and their support is top-notch! Thank you! 😊👍 Doug Holser

I am an individual not a health care provider but was looking for a “real device” versus all the pretend ones on the market. My Neurocare Pro device has been very effective at reducing shoulder and back pain. I play tennis 5 times a week and this device keeps me on the courts. The variability of settings allows me to use it for my joints and my wife for her skin. Great customer service as well! Highly recommend!
