The entire staff at ADARE is amazing. They are friendly, Professional and make a huge effort to make you feel comfortable and cared for. This is a HIGH FREQUENCY establishment. Their Nurse injector, Natacha is incredible. Personally , I have worked in the medspa/aesthetic space since 2009. I have trained and visited mainly clinics across the country. What I learned today from my personal appointment with Natacha is most injectors do not know what they are doing. There is a reason why Natacha was awarded top 100 injector in the USA . I believe she is actually in the top 10. She is HIGHLY skilled. She knows exactly what she is doing and has vast experience. When I think back about other injectors that I have allowed to touch my face , I realize I should have done more due diligence. Your face is not a science experiment. It is EXTREMELY important that you choose a skilled injector. I would highly recommend Adare and Natacha to everyone in the St Pete area. I actually traveled 40 minutes from Bradenton to have an appointment with Natacha. I don’t think I will ever let another injector touch my face again. I totally trust Natacha and the Adare family. Additionally, Adare uses the best most up to date products. Unlike the 300 plus cookie cutter medspas in my area, Adare doesn’t sell the usual skinmedica skincare nor do they use old school outdated fillers that have been around for decades. They truly want wants best for their patients. There is a high level of care that has been put into this clinic. Additionally I am a huge fan of the jewelry brand they showcase in the clinic, Ava jewels. I had the pleasure of meeting the designers last month at an event and have bought a few pieces. So if you are looking for a high energy, high frequency wellness and beauty spot with staff that actually cares about you, then RUN, don’t walk to ADARE!

St. Pete’s Fountain of Youth 🙌
If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to be warmed, poked, and biologically upgraded in the most beautiful way possible — Serotonin in downtown St. Pete at the Sundial is your happy place. And by happy, I mean scientifically enhanced joy levels, thank you very much.
Walked in feeling like a human marshmallow left too long in the sun — walked out like a fully optimized Tesla with a soul.
Marla, the high priestess of rejuvenation and light, welcomed us like she’d been waiting her whole life to explain the wonders of biohacking to two tired mortals. She broke down every service like a TED Talk meets a wellness retreat, and somehow made infrared therapy, IV hydration, B12 injections, and peptide optimization sound both scientific and sexy.
We did the 40-minute infrared sauna (aka “the human rotisserie experience”) and I’ve never sweat out so many regrets. I left the sauna spiritually cleansed and smelling like ambition. Then came the Vitamin B shots, and bam! — I was ready to fight a bear, run a marathon, or reorganize my entire life (I did none of those, but I could have).
Next on our list to try:
💉 IV therapy (because hydration, darling, is the new Botox)
🔥 Red light therapy (because if plants love it, so will my face)
💪 Peptide & testosterone optimization (because why age gracefully when you can age aggressively optimized)
🧠 Medical weight loss (just in case the infrared sweat didn’t chase off last weekend’s bad decisions)
💉 Aesthetic treatments (because my fine lines need to pack their bags)
And listen, I’ve marketed plenty of hormone and anti-aging clinics — some were great, some were shady like a back alley Botox party. But Serotonin? 100% legit. Professional, clean, welcoming, and not a whiff of sketchy snake oil in sight. You can trust these people with your mitochondria.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a place that will boost your energy, brighten your mood, smooth your skin, and possibly unlock your third eye, Serotonin is the spot. Just ask Marla. She’s basically the human version of a serotonin molecule — if serotonin wore a lab coat and could explain NAD+ like a boss.

Went in today for Botox with Robin and had the best experience! First of all, the location is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Second, the staff were all very kind and super knowledgeable. The manager gave us a great tour of all the services and I’ll be returning for filler and red light therapy soon. Marla was also the best! She is the health coach and gave me a free consult on how all their memberships work for weight loss. Can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing health spa! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and nurses provided exceptional customer service—definitely a solid ten! The ambiance of the space is absolutely gorgeous, earning another ten stars in my book.
They offer everything you could need to promote health and aging well. I truly appreciated how they took the time to answer all our questions and explained each service in detail. Their honest suggestions and patience made the experience even better.
Originally, we had scheduled an appointment elsewhere, but when their oxygen chamber was down, they referred us here. I was initially told they were fully booked, but they received a cancellation and promptly called me back. I am so grateful for that!
The services we received—red light therapy, IV treatments, the skinny shot, and the glutathione shot, along with the oxygen chamber—were all amazing. It turned out to be a wonderful day, perfect for a girls' day out! Thank you so much; we will definitely be back!

Natacha is truly exceptional. Her knowledge, precision, and attention to detail are on a completely different level. She takes the time to understand your goals, explains everything clearly, and delivers results that look refined, natural, and intentional. You can feel her expertise the moment you sit in the chair.
