Dr. Litano is such an AMAZING Doctor!!! He’s one of the Kindest, Gentlest Warmest Specialists I’ve ever met. He didn’t over numb my mouth, he continued asking me throughout my surgery how was I feeling and made sure I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. he kept reassuring me that everything was going great. Dr Litano sincerely cares for his patients!! He’s also a man that loves God and he honors Him. Dr. Litano has a beautiful grandmother that loves God and has paved his career in prayer! So just know his business completely reflex his grandmas answered prayers . His office is filled with love , peace. Joy and Integrity!! The staff and especially Crystal, was super Awesome as well.. I honestly have never felt so great after dental surgery!! May The Lord most High continue to bless you Dr. Litano ! You are A great light to St Pete.. Keep on SHINING!! - Hephzibah

I drive 4 hours just to see Dr. Litano as he’s not only the best at what he does but also a legend of a human. I recently had my tongue tie and lip tie procedure to release those ties at his office. I suffered from TMJ my entire life and also have had a shoulder/neck injury issue that just wouldn’t go away. It’s been ONE DAY since my procedure and my injury is already practically gone but I can now open my mouth without my jaw catching. It’s life changing. I feel like a new person. Highly recommend for any dentistry needs.

I will genuinely never go to another dentist again. I've been chronically ill for 2 years and Dr. Litano is the only person who was able to locate the cause of my toxicity and biotoxins. I have been bounced from doctor to doctor with no answer being told its in my head and I am beyond thankful that I have finally been given answers from someone who cares
