I bought a recovery day pass and was super pleased! My Midtown Movement experience exceeded expectations! It was clean and well kept, I saw the pride in ownership and membership. The cold plunges were refreshing, there were showers for use before. The sauna was hot! Recovery tools were in great shape and everything was well maintained.

Seriously the best Crossfit gym I've ever been to. All of the coaches are phenomenal. The programming is phenomenal. The environment is so inviting no matter where you are in your journey. The thoughtfulness put into the amenities offered for athletic recovery, including yoga/flow, breath work, sauna/cold plunge, relaxation pod with leg compression sleeves, etc., show how extraordinarily important the athletes are to management at Midtown Movement. And they continue to expand upon new ideas in an effort to further add value to the athletes' experience. What an amazing way to run a business. Well done, guys! Thank you for welcoming me with open arms -- I feel right at home!

I had zero knowledge of Crossfit before stepping into Midtown Movement & Medicine. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They eased me into the workouts per my fitness level. The owner is a chiropractor and incredibly down to earth. He trains along side the members and is very knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and the members are super friendly.
