About this clinic

Arthur Clements, MD, PhD, a hormone-optimization practice in Tallahassee, specializes in peptide therapy and hormone replacement for women, alongside weight-management protocols using semaglutide and tirzepatide. Treatment plans are individualized following comprehensive hormone and metabolic assessment. The practice offers laser therapy as an adjunctive modality and positions hormone optimization within a broader integrative framework rather than as a single intervention. Patients receive ongoing monitoring as protocols are adjusted, with an emphasis on supporting metabolic function and hormone balance across midlife and longevity-focused care.

Dr. Clements is one of the most genuine/real talk doctors that I've ever met. He has truly supported me with getting my life back on track! 225 lbs. to 199 lbs. and still winning!! But listen, if you cant handle the truth or wear your heart on your sleeve, dont go! You may get your feelings hurt. Real talk. Thanks Dr. C🥰

I have gone to Dr. Clements for many years, because he and his staff will talk through symptoms and solutions with you to assure you get the best care. They are well informed on modern options and changes in the healthcare industry and assist with a proactive approach.

I liked everything about my visit except for the woman who checks you out. She is not friendly, nor does she answer you when you ask a question. For example, I asked a simple question like “Do you have any openings on that day?” and instead of saying something like “I’ll check”, she just looked at her computer screen. She eventually gave me the answer, but never acknowledged that she heard me. Then, later, I asked her a question that she needed to check with the nurse, and instead of saying something”I’ll be right back,” she just got up and walked away. Now, once again, she got me my answer, but with no polite communication or a smile. Since she is the last person we deal with when we leave our visit, I think it’s important for you to know that I left with a bad taste in my mouth. The other woman who greets you when you come in is great!
