Wonderful service and very pleasant. I received an IV infusion of vitamins. I highly recommend it, i instantly felt the difference in my energy and im very happy with the results.

I went to this clinic for a car accident, but because I’m Spanish I was automatically send to the Spanish team, because I don’t remember given a different choice. My experience there was not pleasant unfortunately people there are not very aware of their surroundings, you can be waiting for the therapist and he is not even aware you are waiting for him, even though I told him I was ready for the therapy, he was to entertain on his phone. People walked by me not even asking who I was waiting for, even the so called doctor, which until now I’m not sure what her title was. Finally when therapist came and hooked me up on the machine, he started telling me that my insurance approved me for another 15 sessions, which keep in mind I was only going on Fridays, and that was like my 5th or 6th appointment, which I responded that I being going there only 5 or 6 times and he kept insisting that I being there more than 15 times, I asked him if they don’t have a log of my appointments to which he wasn’t sure, thank God I knew the times I being in that office. I never saw a chart or anything for me to agree to the future treatment. After the 30 minutes hooked on the machine I waited and waited and the therapist never came back. I unhooked myself and walkout. I called my lawyer and went to a different clinic, man what difference, night and day BAYSIDE MEDICAL GROUP great clinic. The therapist actually do real massages and electrical patches. Something the other clinic didn’t do.
