Atlanta Spine Surgery Center

I have bulging disc on both sides and sciatica of right. After doing MRI - I was told I needed a ASC injection. I shared at that point that I was living in DC and not Atlanta but can fly over for that “one” treatment. When I arrived for my pre-op ONLY then they told me that I would need to have three weekly round is these injections. If this information was shared prior I would have not gone ahead with it. Dr Bhatti shared he would provide me with a local spine doctor in DC. I left 3 messages for medical team to provide that name with no call back. Their lack of follow up and communication is poor.

If I could give a negative rating, I would do so in a heartbeat. The worst communication and patient billing I have ever experienced. I’m still getting a bill more than a year after my procedure and visits. They wouldn’t return my calls and then sent my outstanding balance to collections… thought my insurance settled everything!! Moreover their “billing department” does not cover billing queries for the surgery center. An absolute SH&$ show. DO NOT GO HERE.

A car accident in June of this year that completely totaled my car and left me in severe neck and low back pain. The physicians and staff at Atlanta spine are amazing! They sincerely care about each and every one of their patients and don't treat you like your just another number. Dr. Bhatti, Meetali Bindra, NP, and Charlie Hicks, NP, as well as their support staff are top notch medical professionals that have treated me more like a family member than a patient. I just had a procedure today with Dr. Bhatti and his staff at their ASC in Buckhead that I walked in to the front door to the moment that I left the building was unbelievable, and today the first day and over a month that I have not had pain in my lower back when I woke up from anesthesia I started crying tears of joy because I wasn't in pain anymore and it's all because of Atlanta Spine. Thank you all so much for the bottom of my heart. I'm honored to be a patient and I look forward to continuing my healing process with Atlanta spine.
