From a chiropractic and massage standpoint, they take insurance, and work hard to make sure that you get approved for care. The adjustments seem happenstance, but the massages are incredible (Megan especially). In my experience, they tend to run slightly run behind on the chiropractic side, and do not fully inform patients of upfront costs associated with care (to include electrodes for "therapy" that you're not given an option to opt-out of, and are not covered by insurance whatsoever-- thereby inflating the first bill without informing the patient). However, I do think they offer quality and tranquil massage services and do not want this review to negatively disparage the office from that standpoint! However, the functional medicine offerings seem highly predatory. I have met with Dr. Deb three times (once, on my first visit-- then, in a 15 minute consult, and then, in a $400 2 hour "consult"). Each visit, I clearly stated my intention for seeking functional medical care. However, it seemed that she forgot why I was there each time as evidenced by asking the same questions on a loop even being reminded that I had told her previously. The 2 hour consult was a continuation of what we had covered in 15 minutes and was merely an expensive diagnostic where she asked to then run $1,500 worth of labs that "insurance doesn't usually cover" "insurance always marks these up." I fear that if I proceeded that I would be met with yet another proposition to pay even more for supplements that they likely make in-house. The cult of personality vibe of the office seems to trend that the direction my care was headed in was not positive, affordable, or personalized. I would be leery of this practice as the 2 hour consult was a grave waste of time, money, and was no more than an elongated experience of the "15 minute free consultation." Overall, if it feels wrong, it is wrong, and I do not see myself returning to the practice for anything beyond massage therapy.

Lakepoint Wellness takes such great care of me. I started coming here because of pain in my back. The massage and chiropractic services have helped to relieve that pain. My massage therapist Robert is amazing. He has the amazing ability to pinpoint current issues and working them out. The Chiropractic adjustment got me feeling much better. I will continue to come back for care. The atmosphere is so welcoming and helps with healing.

Dr Deb is so well versed in so many aspects of functional medicine. The clinic has a great staff that take pride in their patients. I highly recommend for all your Chiropractic and functional medicine needs and cosmetic procedures as well!
