It is so sad and what has happened to this doctor's office. I had been going there since Dr. Shelton was the doctor. And it has gone downhill since the new doctor has taken over. You literally cannot get in contact with this doctor's office. You cannot leave voicemails, Email Anything. I had never in my life. Seen an drs office run like this ever. Highly unprofessional. I don't understand how they are still open. Sadly in February after 6 years . I just could not take the foolishness that was going on at this facility anymore. It's poorly ran now. Let's talk about the 6 hours or more. Wait. Like what in the world. Where before I can go in there? Maybe 2 hours at the most, With a procedure. But literally at the lease is a 6-hour or more wait. Mind you, you sit there in pain. You're there because you have massive amount of pain. So you sit there and agony for hours? . Ridiculous. I started to feel like the doctor was doing things to me that we never discussed and when I questioned it he'll talk to me like I was crazy or dumb. I personally had enough. Now that I am no longer there, I cannot find another pin release doctor. Part of the issue is I can't get a hold of this office to fax over my entire file so a new doctor's office will not take me. So I've been in pain since February. Let's make this clear. This was not a pain medicine issue. Yes do I need it of course. But I was unwilling to stay there with a doctor's office that was run badly and the wait times were ridiculous. Oftentimes would leave in more pain that I would come in there with. I have a special needs child and I couldn't bring him to wait 6 hours or more. It's just horrific how this is being handled. If and when they get a new doctor I would gladly come back and hopefully the doctor office will be run better than this.

Anyhony McPherson has poor bedside manner. He says inappropriate things about other physicians and even goes on to tell patients how other doctors can and will trick them. Totally out of line and disrespectful. He has 3 medical staff and one speaker phone medical personnel in the room during appointment. He verbally bullies them if they don't know random medical facts...this doctor even tries to ask his patients educational questions and to repeat facts of the body. He tries to make everyone around him look dumb and I can tell how uncomfortable his workers are. It makes no sense, seems like something is wrong mentally there. I truly feel sorry for his staff and his patients. His staff presents unhappy and frustrated to the patients..high turn over. To make patients wait 6 hours for an appointment almost every time is beyond anything I've ever seen in a medical office. Its like he does it on purpose. keeping each person isolated in a small room for hours his staff telling the patients they can't come out or talk to others...then more punishment once you get to appointment. It's nothing Ive ever seen. Also his eyes were bloodshot red. Doesn't seem like a doctor that should be performing procedures. Unethical, Will be reported.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. my grandmother switched to him for pain management. unfortunately they have very bad service. they never answer the phone, and seems like they refuse to give call back. you can’t leave a voicemail any longer because the mailbox is full. they canceled her appointment without setting her up a new one all the while she cannot get them on the phone to schedule a new one. each appointment is a 6 hour ordeal. will be driving 3 hours away to get her records and change doctors. if i could give 0/5 stars definitely would. again DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️
