I really wish I could give a nice review because I think Dr Devu is a nice person with good intentions, but trying to get her support staff to actually deliver a professional level of service is something that I have not witnessed for about three years, since I started seeing her. My most recent complaint occurred last week. Specifically, it took me several different phone calls into her office, over a few days time-span in order to get my renewal prescription sent to my pharmacy. Moreover, when I was ready to have my tele-visit appointment, the doctor never showed up (never called me) for the appointment. The disorganization of this office has been grossly apparent for as long as I have been her patient. Thus, I finally decided that this defect in practice management was not worth the hours of frustration I have endured. I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I felt in this case, people who expect a basic quality-of-care should know what they are getting into regarding a support staff that seems far from professional as well as lacking in effective communication.

I have been going to Dr.Devu for several years and I enjoy her approach to medicine. Along side her staff Robbie, who is the office manager, who keeps things organized she is also compassionate and helpful during visits. I would recommend this office for your PCP and health care needs.

Mrs,Devu has been my primary doctor for over 3yrs. She is a very wise and caring woman who will try her best to get you well. I love this Doctor 😀 ❤️. She's amazing 👏
