About this clinic
North Atlanta Women's Specialists, an obstetrics and gynecology practice in Marietta, offers hormone replacement therapy for women navigating menopause and age-related hormone decline. The clinic specializes in individualized HRT protocols following comprehensive evaluation, supporting patients through the physiologic transitions of midlife. In addition to menopause treatment, the practice provides ED treatment and offers IPL therapy for select aesthetic and skin-health concerns. The clinic serves the greater Atlanta area, including Duluth, and emphasizes a patient-centered approach to women's health across reproductive and post-reproductive life stages.
All of the staff was very nice. Dr Donnelly was very informative and clear on his recommendations. I didn't feel pressured to explain why I was pursuing a certain course of action, or the need to justify my visit, which happens a lot now when visiting doctors. It was refreshing to not have to explain.

I had amazing experience delivering my second child with Dr Donnelly at North Atlanta Women’s Specialist. I changed my OB at almost 32 weeks of pregnancy and chose Dr Donnelly on a recommendation. I’m thankful I did that and won’t regret my decision. Thank you to the entire team at North Atlanta Women’s Specialist and especially Dr. John.

I had my first experience here yesterday and I am impressed! From check in to check out and everything in between, the whole staff was wonderful. Especially Dr. Donnelly. He was amazing. He talked to me at length about my concerns and my options. He really listened and cared, thats hard to find these days. I know where I will be going for all my future female needs.

I had an initial consult with Dr Anand as I was trying to find a GYN and she came highly recommended. I felt seen, heard, and understood as Dr Anand and I sat together to discuss my gynecological needs. She was sympathetic and encouraging. I did have to wait a very long time to see her, but I believe it was because she was giving other patients the same attention she gave me. It was worth it to me to be treated so respectfully. I made a follow up appointment and will recommend her to my friends.
