Paul is absolutely the best. He took my very injured achilles and helped me not just relieve pain, but also get to a more fully healed state to begin training my achilles more fully. Paul explained the softwave well, he was super technical in his description of it. He communicated super effectively about the healing process and how different parts of the foot (bottom/heel) connects into the achilles. Unlike traditional SHOCK-wave therapy, Paul's softwave had a deeper impact on the tissues so that in the next few months, I can return to normal. Would strongly, strongly recommend for anyone who has been struggling with a recurring sports injury, ESPECIALLY for an injury that hurts with recurring pain, or for anyone who has just had a nagging tissue/muscle pain where stretching/adjustments/and icing just won't do the trick. I think that softwave can have a game-changing experience for you (and it is WORTH the price). Softwave is a super cool technology, and while I hope that I don't have any big injuries in the future (knock on wood), after the acute injury types of care had been tried, Paul would be my the first next place I would turn. I have to say that I was a bit skeptical when I was told about Softwave. From 14 years of tennis, both knee caps were frequently achy, especially after matches. I had received two cortisone injections, which gave me minimal relief. I figured this was just what 59 felt like. Haha. Well, Softwave has been a game changer for me! After several months of working with Paul, I am now on a maintenance plan. I haven't had a cortisone injection in almost a year now. The crazy part is that I am playing tennis with absolutely no pain, and I do not wear knee sleeves any longer. Also, I will tell you that Paul is a phenomenal doctor. I suffer from Morton’s neuroma in my feet. I’ve tried cortisone shots which did not help at all. I use custom insoles that help with the problem but the pain had increased over the past year to the point that short walks were uncomfortable. I had a friend recommend Softwave and Dr Paul. I’m glad she did! After finishing the treatment I’m almost totally pain free and walking daily! Thank you Dr Paul!
