Pain Relief Clinic

This place is a joke. The front staff is great, Stephanie is awesome, but the doctor is rude. They take your copay then still make you pay an $80 lab fee as well. My husband requested a discharge letter so he could go somewhere closer to home since they quit taking our insurance, but the doctor took it upon himself lie on the discharge letter making it look as if they discharged me as a patient. I never once was discharged or told that I couldn’t be seen again and I even had to call to cancel my appointment after he wrote the discharge letter because I never was kicked out. When confronted that he made a mistake, the office manager said “well if we change it now then it will make it look like we were lying at first” DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX HIS PAPERWORK BECAUSE WE ARENT STOPPING UNTIL ITS MADE RIGHT.

I have been with Dr. Solomon and his team for nearly 10 years now and I adore them all! Always courteous, well informed, professional, with great attention to detail! Dr. Solomon is by far my favorite doctor, and at my age I have quite a few. I like my doctors to have a good bedside manner and Dr. Eric Solomon has no shortage of it! Patients flock to him like he’s the only doctor in Marietta. I give him and his staff 10 stars because they’ve made such a difference in my quality of life and I will always be eternally grateful to them all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Dr. Solomon and his team are very kind and compassionate. I’ve had back problems for a while and he’s been caring for me. I find him very personal and easy to talk to. Him and his staff know how to make you laugh, which I find important when it comes to a doctor. I just got in a car accident and he has been supportive, caring and helpful. When I called and told his team this morning about the accident they genuinely cared about me and got back in touch with me regarding the next steps within the hour. When I arrived at the emergency room the ER doctor had to call him to work in tandem with each other and Dr. Solomon promptly and quickly worked with the ER doctor. Doctors are under a lot of pressure to be quick with patients because of insurance, Dr. Solomon does not do this with his patients. He takes his time, gives you his full attention and even checks in with you about other health issues aside from your pain condition. I think that is absolutely wonderful because it proves he truly cares about you as a patient. I am not exaggerating when I say I trust him with my life. If you need a doctor, please take my advice and make an appointment with him.
