My wife and I have seen Dr. Collins and his team for 6 years now. Consistently - as in EVERY patient consult - we have found him to be an outstanding professional. Collins is knowledgeable, and keeps up with new research, studies and therapies. He listens, evaluates, suggests improvements, and very much treats you as a patient, not a chart of numbers that need to be corrected. Collins consistently has checked in with us holistically, to see where we are in our lives, our diet, exercise, sleep and mental health. He is almost old-fashioned in his unhurried, intelligent and thorough examination and analysis of our overall states of health. Highly recommended Savannah Age Management for hormone replacement therapy, yes, but also for general health and balanced, thoughtful care.

First, I am the guy that does not go to doctors very often. Dislike when I do have to go! At 50 now I have noticed a huge decline in energy and just all around how I feel. After being encouraged to go just see what Savannah Age Management had to say after blood work, I reluctantly went. After 8 weeks of our partnership to recover the guy I used to be, I can say I wish I would have known 10 years ago that I could feel this good again! I’m a former patient of Savannah Age Management and I feel ethically obligated to warn others about their business model and treatment practices. This clinic gatekeeps access to basic hormone therapy behind a $4,000+ paywall on boarding fee. From there, you’ll pay around $400/month for continued care—plus labs out of pocket and your own prescriptions/supplements. They advertise a full care team (dermatologist, nutritionist, physical therapist, etc.), but none of that materialized for me during my time there. What I received was one overworked employee doing everything Elaine—drawing blood, booking appointments, chasing payments, and handling prescriptions and doing the follow ups. I was never seen by a doctor in person. I paid thousands and walked around thinking I had a physician managing my care—until I went to a real medical provider and realized I’d only ever seen a medical assistant. It was embarrassing. When I transitioned to a new provider (appointment already scheduled), I asked for a short prescription grace period to avoid lapse in hormone care. They refused. Flat-out refused. No concern for my safety. No bridge care. Just cold policy. If you’re thinking of joining this clinic, just know: This is a cash-for-access model, not real integrative care. They talk wellness, but treat patients like walking payment plans. And once they release you? They’ll gatekeep your meds like it’s a power trip. There are better, more ethical options out there. Don’t be fooled.
