From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, setting the stage for an informative appointment. During our meeting, Hillary took the time to thoroughly discuss my lab results, ensuring I understood every detail. Her expertise and ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way reassured me that I was in capable hands. We also developed a personalized health plan moving forward, which includes peptide therapy. I was impressed by her comprehensive approach, focusing on both my immediate needs and long-term wellness goals. Hillary's genuine care for her patients is evident, and I left feeling empowered and motivated to take charge of my health. CORRECTION - this review was for the original business, CryoStretch, not for the current business, Optimize U. Thank you. ********************************************************** It's typically rare for me to come across a business I highly recommend. CryoStretch in Roswell is one of a select few. I stumbled across this place while walking through a shopping center near my house. I visited their website and thought that I'd give them a try. Boy am I glad I did. I started with their Basic membership with Stretching , which included 3 recovery services per month + 3 NormaTec sessions (Whole Body Cryotherapy, Local Cryotherapy, Assisted Stretching, Infrared Sauna, NormaTec). After completing my first month, I was hooked and decided to upgrade to their Unlimited membership w/ Stretching, which includes Each service once EVERY DAY. There are many local athletes who benefit from these services but it's also great for an average Joe like me, because I was looking for a way to reduce stress and improve my overall health. The Assisted Stretching almost feels like a mini workout because my muscles are stretched much further than I could do on my own. I've also noticed a slight increase in muscle definition. The NormaTec recovery equipment is super relaxing and it helps me bounce back from my occasional workout faster. It's actually sometimes challenging to stay awake while your legs are receiving a mini massage. They offer full-body and localized cryotherapy which can decrease pain and inflammation to optimize your performance. For me, this has become one of my favorite parts. First, I won't lie. The Whole Body Cryotherapy is freezing cold at 140 degrees below zero or even colder. At first, it felt like the longest 3 minutes of my life, but now I actually look forward to it. Afterwards I usually feel refreshed, relaxed and almost energized. While there are so many services to choose from, the best part is the staff. Christy, the owner, is professional and always supportive. The rest of the team, including AJ, Kristin, Tracey, Julie, Kelli, Rachel, and others, provide personalized services for ongoing wellness and improved health. So, whether you are an athlete or an average Joe like me who sits in front of a computer all day, I definitely suggest trying CryoStretch in Roswell. Cheers
