Dr. Ross has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk into her office. She’s friendly, approachable, and she takes the time to listen to your concerns. I never felt rushed during appointments, and her compassionate approach makes all the difference. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor

Be very careful when choosing this physician. I was mislead from the beginning when I was told that the practice was in the process of joining my healthcare plan. After getting a whopping big bill, I was told that it didn't work out but not to worry, they had a way to bill for lab work that would cover my office visit expenses. I trusted this. I was also nervous about lab work they wanted done for fear of the cost. Again, I was told not to worry, that they wouldn't ask me to have the tests done if they weren't positive the charges could be covered. After paying several hundred dollars for the visits and meds that were recommended by them (that I HAD to purchase from them), I eventually got stuck with a $400 bill and no coverage. Needless to say, I changed doctors to someone who I trust and who doesn't make me purchase medicines that are just an added money-maker for them. Bad experience…..
