I made an appointment over a month ago. When making the appointment I tried to provide my insurance plan and was cut off by the phone staff and told "don't need it, we accept Anthem." Now, today, when I showed up, I was told they don't accept that plan, in fact. Very frustrating, and you'd think when this doctor is my primary physician, they would let you know if a new policy is no longer accepted. And they should've ABSOLUTELY checked when I made the appointment, especially if there are plans with Anthem that they don't accept!
Now, rather than having been treated after waiting a month, I have to start over with a new doctor search.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. I was dealing with a thyroid issue, and after months of getting my levels checked, the doctor finally told me she had prescribed medication six months earlier but “forgot to update the system.” During that time, my symptoms got worse, hair loss, fatigue, and overall not feeling well.
When I tried to ask follow-up questions during visits, she would literally back out of the room while I was still speaking. The medical assistants were also unprofessional, rude, and struggled with basic tasks like drawing blood.
Overall, I never felt cared for or listened to, just like a number. I would not recommend this office.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sylvain and her team. From the very first visit, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel heard, cared for, and supported. Dr. Sylvain takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, explains things in a way I can understand, and never makes me feel rushed. They follow up after appointments, help coordinate referrals, and even call to inform me of normal lab results. It’s rare to find a physician who combines such professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion. I am so grateful to have a primary care doctor who truly goes the extra mile for their patients.

My first visit here and I was seen on time! front & checkout desk and were friendly. My Np Iris was the best. She listened, addressed all my concerns and I felt seen and heard. She was very compassionate and I look forward to wellness under her care. The facility is nice and clean. I recommend that you check this place out for yourself, but book in advance.
I had an appointment today at Eagles Landing Longevity Center. At check-in, I was surprised to learn of a $65 no-call no-show fee. While I understand the importance of enforcing policy, I was taken aback when told I couldn't be seen without paying it along with my co-pay. Despite explaining my situation and my 8-year history with the practice, the rigidity around the fee was unexpected. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment, hoping to address some lab results, but felt my concerns weren't heard. I'm concerned about the level of care and compassion and have decided not to return. I hope this feedback prompts the office to balance policy enforcement with compassion and understanding. They may want to reconsider their approach to patient care.
