This doctor’s office experience was so welcoming starting with the front desk manager Shina. Outstanding welcome, very professional and smiley and they made me feel comfortable. The MA Xitclali was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable at explaining my situation. She was great at taking notes to explain to the doctor. Dr. Adam was very welcoming and made me feel at home. He was a very good listener and explained my health very well. Dr. Nick further explained my health and was very friendly and professional. Deja took care of my medications and was very friendly and professional. Overall, I give an A+++ to this experience and I thank God for placing me here. Don’t miss out! I super recommend this location. God bless everyone here.

Went in for my first appointment and had a really positive experience. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming right when I walked in, which made a great first impression. The nurse practitioners were just as helpful, they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and guided me through what the next steps would look like. Because of how patient and reassuring everyone was, I felt a lot less anxious about the visit and left feeling informed and comfortable moving forward.

My first time at Georgia Spine & Orthopedics other facility in Tucker was great!! From The friendly smile and customer service greeting from Rosa to the physician assistance xitlali that was also friendly with a great smile as well!! The Dr. Nick was also great as well! Which made sure you understood everything explained and gave time to ask questions! The whole experience was amazing!! Great customer experience!! Recommend Facility!!
