I have been a patient of Dr. Zengo's for over a year specifically for weight loss and finding the healthiest version of myself. I have seen amazing success on this health journey, and I have no doubt that his expertise and his plan is what helped get me there. Did I do the work, yes I did. But it was his guidance, the tools (in my case - a medication, food plan, exercise, water, etc) and his support that helped get me there. He told me what to do, I did it...and I've been successful. Losing the amount of weight that I needed to seemed like an unachievable idea...but Dr. Zengo knows so much about how the brain works, how food works, how hormones work work...his knowledge and care are remarkable. I encourage anyone that is ready to follow a plan; wants to find their health and take back control of their life - make an appt and work with Dr. Zengo. If you're serious, he can help you be successful. I'm so incredibly thankful for Dr. Zengo and his staff (which have been amazing with messages in the portal, working through authorizations and medication shortages, etc). Wonderful medical practice and highly recommended!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zengo’s for three years now. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. He is incredibly educated and experienced in this field. The way I feel today versus three years ago is night and Day. I sleep excellent, even with a snoring husband lol. I feel balanced, mentally, emotionally and physically! Don’t think twice about seeing this doctor. I just hope he doesn’t retire for a really long time!!! Last thing, his office staff are the kindest ladies, and they always answer the phone!
