Cat is wonderful and my experience was very calming and grounding. Loved the sound bath session! I am in for 4 more sessions !!! This 2nd one was fantastic.

I saw Cat for my first session on Friday 17 November. And wow, where do I even begin? My first red light therapy session was nothing short of transformative. I walked in feeling weighed down by the week, but walked out feeling lighter, happier, and incredibly rejuvenated. It was like the ultimate recharge you get from a vacation, but all within a 30-minute session! I did stay for an hour because I spent a ton of time talking to Cat. The combination of the bed and the circulation machine worked wonders, but what truly made the experience stand out was the time I spent with Cat. Her passion for what she does is palpable and her knowledge about the science behind the therapy is impressive. She took the time to explain how the therapy works and how it can benefit me, which made the session even more meaningful. I can't recommend this therapy enough. If you're in need of a mood boost or just a general pick-me-up, do yourself a favor and book a session. I am a dance instructor who has been coping with chronic pain from Bertolotti syndrome and fibromyalgia for over 12 years. Started with my first Trifecta Light Therapy session with Cat about a month ago and have been going 1-2 times a week. Since my chronic pain began, I have been unable to dance or teach without constantly modifying and compensating for pain avoidance/tolerance. After my very first session, I immediately noticed a reduction of irritation in my muscles and joints as well as an increase in my endurance and energy. Now, after a month, I have been able to teach and take classes without having to compensate for pain avoidance, and I have had to utilize less pain management techniques throughout my everyday life!
