Totally grateful for Suprena and Big Island IV for accommodating me for a Christmas morning fluid IV. My holiday travels threw off my usual post-chemo fluid treatment, so this team came through for me in a big way. Brought my sister in with me to make it a sibling bonding experience and so we’ll both be prepared for an active week of exploring the big island. Enjoyed our relaxing IV experience and learning about Suprena’s amazing business and team. Grateful!

Bri was absolutely phenomenal. I was severely dehydrated after getting badly sunburned and pushing myself too hard in the heat. I was vomiting, nauseous, and felt incredibly weak — honestly one of the worst I’ve felt in a long time. She came to my hotel room quickly after I called, even though it was outside of her normal working hours. That alone meant so much. She is a seasoned ER nurse, and it absolutely shows. She placed the IV flawlessly on the first try in under 20 seconds — calm, confident, and clearly extremely skilled. Beyond her clinical expertise, she was kind, reassuring, informative, and genuinely wonderful company while I was feeling so sick. She made a miserable situation feel manageable, safe, and cared for. Bri is an absolute asset to this company. It’s professionals like her who build trust, loyalty, and long-term success. 10/10 — I cannot recommend her enough.

Let me just say wow. This was my first time trying IV hydration, and I wasn’t feeling my best after Halloween. I decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did. Suprena was fantastic and got the IV on the first try with zero discomfort. The fluids and vitamins kicked in quickly, and what made it even better was sitting in the Hawaiian breeze watching the ocean while I started feeling like myself again. By the end of the bag I actually felt better than before I went out in the first place. Now I understand why they call them rally bags. For the price and convenience, it is absolutely worth it. Instead of losing a whole day feeling off, I got to enjoy my time and hit the beach feeling great.
