Cristina is a wonderful teacher. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and has created a warm and inviting environment in which to learn Reiki. I took her level 1 & 2 immersion course and I enjoyed the structure she created. And while it’s always a little nerve wracking to practice something new for the very first time, she made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. She checks in with advice and suggestions for continuing the integration of the practice into my daily life, and invites an ongoing dialogue if questions arise. I left feeling attuned, relaxed, and emboldened to continue learning about and practicing the new skills I’d acquired. It was an invaluable experience!

I recently completed Reiki training with Christina, and it was truly a powerful, heart-opening experience. I had an amazing experience at my energy healing session with Christina! I am very introverted and it takes time for me to warm up to new people, but Christina has a very calm, grounded energy that was easy to open up to. The session itself was wonderful. Very relaxing and insightful. I was surprised at just how much I was able to receive and in the feelings of energy moving throughout my body. Her insights afterwards were right in line with the things I had been intuitively feeling in the weeks before my session, and also things I didn’t yet know that I’m so happy to be able to know now and incorporate into my life. I’m a couple of weeks post session and the changes that have integrated and taking place within me have been deeply healing. More trust and clarity, more groundedness, more alignment. So grateful to Christina for sharing her gifts and helping me on my path!
