I don’t even know where to start—Deeply Rooted Healing has truly done so much for me. They’ve taught me better ways to care for myself and build healthier habits, while also reminding me that no matter where you are in your healing journey, small steps are still big wins. They’ve helped me tremendously with stress, gut issues, and hormone and ovarian concerns. Sitting in the HOCATT this past year was incredibly beneficial, and I’m so grateful for that support. They’ve also been there for my kids when they haven’t been feeling well, which means so much to me as a parent. One of the things I appreciate most is that I never feel judged when I walk through their doors—only welcomed and supported. I also love the convenience of being able to get things I need there, like electrolytes, protein powder, and my throat spray that I truly couldn’t live without. I am beyond thankful for their kindness, knowledge, and genuinely welcoming manner. Deeply Rooted Healing is a special place, and I’m so grateful to have found them.

Amanda and Kaci are incredible to work with! Both have helped me and my toddler better understand and tackle a variety of health concerns. They meet you where you’re at in your health journey and provide lots of knowledge, practical changes and have a wide variety of supplements to help!
