Inner Space, an integrative-medicine clinic in Des Moines, specializes in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy alongside IV therapy and peptide therapy for patients managing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The clinic combines these modalities with red-light therapy and clinical bodywork, positioning nervous-system regulation and restorative care as the foundation of its approach. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial consultation, and practitioners emphasize evidence-informed protocols sequenced to support both acute symptom relief and longer-term resilience. The clinic integrates mental-health and somatic modalities rather than offering them separately, serving patients who want a comprehensive, physiologically-grounded alternative to medication alone.

I've been coming here for massages and chiropractic care since I moved to Iowa in 2020. I leave completely happy and relaxed every time.
This past weekend I finally got to experience the other amenities. My partner booked us both a spa day on Saturday which included the salt lounge, ZeroBody dry float, red light therapy, and a free introductory session on their vibro-acoustic chair (I forget what it's called). There were a few gaps in time where we had to wait for the next service but the staff did a great job keeping us comfortable and relaxed--allowing us to try the wave chair and offering us tea, or getting us in early, etc. The dry float is probably my favorite out of all the things. You really just feel weightless and it's so peaceful. I passed out in both the salt chamber and dry float if that's any indication of how well things went. I wasn't even tired. Amazing experience all around! I will continue to come here for as long as I am in DSM!

I visited Inner space in Des Moines today to try out their salt room, and it was exactly what I needed a beautiful escape from the outside world and all the noise that comes with it. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The space is calm, welcoming, and aesthetically peaceful.
The salt room itself was not only visually stunning but also incredibly relaxing. I could immediately feel a shift in my energy like my body and mind finally had space to just breathe. I initially went just to enjoy the ambiance, but learning about the health benefits of halotherapy was a great bonus.
The staff were so pleasant, kind, and patient. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They also offer a variety of other services that I’m definitely curious to explore in the future.
If you’ve been thinking about checking out Inner space, this is your sign. It’s totally worth it whether you’re going for healing, peace, or just a moment of stillness in your day.

If you are looking to find services that radiate healing you’ve found the right place. I tried the salt lounge, bio mat & the light therapy. I found the bio mat followed by the salt lounge to be a great experience and will definitely be back for more. I’m excited to try the sound bowl therapy session this up coming Friday. Don’t forget to ask about the upcoming events as there is something in there for everybody.
One of many parts that makes this place of healing unique is it has multiple different practitioners under one roof: chiropractic & acupuncture, reiki, massage, shamanism, group talk meetings and so much more!!!
I loved the decor, the plants & the space Brittany has created. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of good energy.
The $60 promotional offer for first time customers is a great way to try 3 services and get a feeling for Inner Space.

What the heck happened to this place? Used to love it and frequently spent above my membership. now I’m being over charged and cannot get a call back. Not open the last two Sundays. Can’t make appointments. So much for my favorite place to relax. Peace out innerspace.

I get all my needs met here. My personal therapy session, relaxation and inner healing. Highly recommend one of their workshops as well.
