16 pages of intake paperwork was ridiculous. Our therapist being 25 minutes late for our appointment was ridiculous. Them accidentally charging me $270 was ridiculous. And then the therapist not sending our follow up appointment dates and times was also ridiculous. Not a well run place of business at all.
