I spent a lot of time researching different naturopaths in the area and I’m so happy I decided to reach out and work with her. I’ve been working with Dr. Jane for about six months, and I’m so grateful I found her. From the beginning, what stood out to me most was how deeply she listens — not just to what I’m saying, but to what I’m not saying. It was almost disarming at first, simply because I wasn’t used to being that fully seen and heard by a doctor. I came to her feeling stressed, depleted, and unsure about starting HRT that my general doctor had recently prescribed. She took the time to walk me through my concerns, explain what was happening with my hormones, and help me feel truly comfortable and informed about my choices. Beyond that, she has supported me in releasing toxins and the effects of long-term chronic stress, looking at my whole life, not just my lab results. At one point she even “prescribed” that I go find a friend and prioritize connection and joy — and I’m taking that seriously. ;) My energy, mood, and outlook have all shifted for the better. I feel more like myself again, and more hopeful about my health. If you’re looking for a practitioner who combines deep listening, genuine care, and thoughtful, holistic support, I highly recommend Dr. Jane.
