Where to begin! I'm an Ultra Marathon Athlete and just started running 100 miles races in 2023. I'm a friend of Lyndsy's through her fiancé Rob, we met a few years ago when her and Rob came through Casper on a trip. I was up doing some branding photos for her business in 2024 helping Rob out, and while I was up there she offered to sponsor me as a FNDATN Athlete for my Wyoming Range 100 race. Blown away by the offer and her generosity, of course I said yes, it seemed too good to be true! We dove right into my health history, current diet, any struggles I was experiencing, goals, and did an extensive blood panel to find any deficiencies in my overall health and micro nutrition. After receiving all the information back from my blood panels she needed, we did a couple teleconference calls to first go over my results, and then we went over a personalized curated supplement plan to help me perform my best. I can honestly say having trained and ran my last two 100 mile races under her wing and guidance, I have felt a HUGE difference and improvement, not only in my gut health, but also performance during my trainings AND racing. In addition to micro nutrition and gut health, she has also helped me with peptides to assist in even faster recovery. I can't thank her enough for sharing her passion and gift of medical knowledge and gut health with me and this world, it has made such a huge difference in my life.
