Before the 10-Day Healing Retreat/Cleanse, I was averaging 3–4 hours of sleep per night and experiencing headaches that increased from monthly to weekly. I was also practicing the power of words and declaring health, but I wasn’t seeing results. During the cleanse, the staff taught the importance of connecting our emotions to our words. I practiced this technique while visualizing the results I wanted. Unlike most people, who experience foggy brain, aches, and headaches during a cleanse, I used declaration, emotion, and visualization and had none of these side effects. As a result of the 10-day cleanse, I feel rested and now sleep 6–7 hours per night. I lost 12 pounds of inflammation and have incredible energy! Looking forward, I believe my thyroid received a jump-start toward being 100% healed. I absolutely loved going through this journey. I've been on a healing journey for about 20 years. As part of a gut health reset and detox protocol, it was suggested that I incorporate colon hydrotherapy. I found Living Waters and bought a 10 session package. The team was so helpful and professional at each and every turn. It was private and comfortable. The team are there to assist when needed, but leave you alone throughout the session if you feel comfortable on your own. They do a great job educating you on the process, that after one session, you can feel confident to proceed independently. David is great with sharing his knowledge and experience. While they have an effective protocol in place, there was no pressure for me to deviate from the protocol that I had been prescribed. I highly recommend Living Waters for anyone who is on their healing journey or just want to feel better overall.
