Avanti Body

Avanti Body in Idaho Falls is seriously impressive. I came in for the 3D body scan, red light therapy, and vibration plate, and the whole experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly motivating. The technology is cool to see, but what really makes the place stand out is the staff. Thalia, Karlee, and Debbie were all fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and created a really positive, no-pressure environment. The space is clean, well-organized, and feels welcoming the second you walk in. Whether you’re focused on recovery, wellness, or just want to try something new and track your progress, this place is 100% worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Avanti Body to anyone in the Idaho Falls area.

I wanted to wait to write my review until I actually saw results. I have been coming to Avanti body red light therapy for 9 weeks and I am down 25 lbs! I don’t even go to the gym or workout. I am a nursing mom and I started eating a very high protein diet and cut most grains and sugar from my diet. When I started coming here, my main goal was to eat healthy and utilize red light therapy twice a week. The combination of sticking to this helped me shed all 25 lbs in such a short turn of time. They started me off with a 3D body scan. Knowing exactly how much I weighed and what my body measurements were initially helped me figure out what my goals should be. They scan you every few weeks so you can keep track of your progress and it’s all very encouraging. The red light therapy is so relaxing and has helped not only in my weight loss journey, but my skin and also hair growth. My eyebrow hairs have been growing where they haven't grown in years. Sitting under those red lights is so relaxing. You can opt to listen to white noise or play your favorite podcast while you bask in the goodness of those little red lights wrapped around your body melting the fat away. Then I step on to their vibration machine for 10 min to help clear out my lymphatic system. Overall I have had nothing but a positive experience between the staff, the therapy, and the environment and obviously my weight loss results. If you’re looking to get healthy, this is the place you are missing and my advice is if you start coming here, commit to yourself and your weight loss journey. Eat healthy, and get the benefits of red light therapy.
