My mental and physical health have greatly improved with Mike Anders’s skillsets! Recently I had an intense fall, landing on my knee. After getting X-rays to rule out anything broken, I was sent home with some pain meds and told to ice it. I still couldn’t walk without extreme pain. Mike’s skills as an occupational therapist, along with his vast knowledge of other techniques helped me to walk within a day. He took time at the beginning of a weekend to get me in his office. The experience my husband and I both had at Core Health Strstegies was incredible. If you're in any pain or have any mental or physical challenges Mike helps you find solutions that actually work. He's highly sought after and has worked with individuals all over the world. Before my husband's first visit, his pain level was 6 out of 10 almost everyday. After his 1st visit Mike cut his pain in half. My first visit was so awesome! Mike made me feel like we'd been friends forever catching up after a long time apart.
