I started going to Fit Fast 4 Health back in October and have found my experience to be the best decision for my health. Riley, Kate, Sheldon and Lee Ann are true encouragers and always greet me warmly, answer all my questions, and offer support as it’s needed. I have been thrilled with my results, having lost 45 pounds. My physical and mental well-being is such a blessing. My time in the Bemer Chair, the Red Light Therapy and the Vibration Plates offer so many physical benefits as well as provide a quiet time for prayer and praise to God for all He’s doing in my life. Being made aware to check the nutritional information on all packaging has been a real eye opener, as well as the benefit of keeping track of my water in-take. I look forward to continuing my journey!

I have loved going to my sessions since December 7th and I am doing great!! I love Kate, Rylie and LeAnn because they are so willing to help anyone that comes in. I am losing weight and inches plus I am building muscle mass that is helping me to climb stairs and walk a lot better than before I started. I will advise people to give Fit Fast 4 Health a try!!!

I have been going to Fit Fast 4 Health approximately 2 months now. It has not only been helpful for my pain, but I am really enjoying the relaxing time that I have been spending there. LeAnn and the staff have been so helpful and are willing to explain everything to me. I am now more aware of what I'm eating and have started an exercise program that works for me. I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve their weight and pain.
