Candis gives an amazing massage. I have suffered with major back issues and migraines and she has many techniques she has tried on me over the years and she has always been able to get me moving quickly. She is always trying to help people become a healthier person emotionally, mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend!

Candis has taught me too many techniques to combat my daily stressors. She is so patient and truly engaged during your sessions. She is quick to implement new skills or task she feel will be beneficial to your healing. She also provides so much knowledge about food and products to help you along the way.
