Excellent results and experience! I was referred to Kristen by a friend after I commented how beautiful her skin was looking! It had been years since I had any botox or fillers and being over 55 there was only so much that skincare could do. Upon arriving at her lovely, very clean, and zen med spa, I then spent over an hour with Kristen where she took the time to have a comprehensive discussion to get to know me, my daily routines, wellness, and how I wanted to look. She took tons of photos and then clearly explained ideas for short and long term approach to treatments. I was very impressed by this because my previous experience at another well known Chicago med spa didn’t do any of this - instead it felt rushed and clinical as opposed to calming and safe. Additionally, I was also impressed by all her professional nursing credentials. This was important because I have some anxiety when it comes to needles.Kristen made my experience relaxing and very comforting. So far, I have had two treatments to work on lifting my jawline sagging and help to fix my shrinking lip size. After each visit, she took the time to follow-up with me to see how I was feeling. I will be returning next week for a follow-up to make any adjustments if needed. I am very very happy with my results and when I look in the mirror I feel like myself again - only better. Highly recommend!

Kristen is hands down THE best. I was a previous client when she was elsewhere and would follow her anywhere! Her office space is warm and inviting just like her. She has a true passion for helping her clients and will take all the time in the world to walk you through customized options to meet your aesthetic and/or healthcare needs. I love the comprehensive approach she has formulated to address the various issues we women face as we age!
