Pinnacle Pain Management has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I was initially devastated with my MRI results, but this practice has helped tremendously with managing my neck and back pain. Mark, NP was very kind and interested in helping me manage my pain in the most conservative way possible. He was genuinely thoughtful and explained pain management options to improve my quality of life, while taking into consideration my concerns regarding: short-term and long-term affects in the future. After 6 months of consistent care, my pain levels have decreased, with improved mobility, and a positive outlook. Pinnacle Pain Management was very patient and supportive during the height of my exacerbated pain, but helped me make good decisions that resulted in better pain management. If my pain ever returns to a level that causes me distress and discomfort, without a doubt, I will be back. Thank you Mark, Dr.Jain, and Lauren for taking care of me.

Was experiencing back pain from both post herpetic neuropathy (from Shingles) and several herniated disks. I was able to connect with Mark the Nurse Practitioner very quickly. He was very empathetic while listening to my concerns and was able to secure an appointment in a very short time. I found both he and Dr. Jain to be very thorough in assessing my current status and recommending the appropriate plan of care. I am now pain free for the first time in a long time. Would highly recommend this practice!

Dr Jain really understands pain. I have been with him since 2002 for various pain issues I have had through the years. He keeps up with the newest trends, treatments and alternatives, and uses them to help each patient’s situation. He can do procedures in his office, or at a nearby surgical-center. I went to an orthopedic surgeon for knee pain. He gave my knee an injection, but I didn’t get relief from it. I went to Dr Jain and found out the surgeon had not put the medication in the correct location. When Dr Jain did the same procedure correctly, it really gave some relief. As a pain doctor, he works on pain in all areas of the body. His goal is to get his patients feeling good and moving well. I was originally worried about going to a pain doctor, but after meeting Dr Jain the first time, I knew he was the answer to my prayers.
