It is dangerous to go here. After waiting nearly 40 minutes to be seen for my appointment a nervous nurse came in to check my vitals. She was very slow feeling around for veins. She stuck me and then said ooops. She said hold on hold on and then does it hurt and I said yes is it normal? I then started blacking out and profusely sweating and vomited from the pain. She was very slow and nervous and said I’m going to get someone else I said please don’t leave me. Other people came in to help and wiped my vomit. They were nice and said that’s a normal thing that can happen. They said they would try again on my other arm. I wanted so badly to ask for someone else but felt bad and thought maybe it was me. I talked to several nurse friends after who confirmed this was not normal and the nurse messed up. While my iv was finally going I felt wet and looked down to see my arm soaked. The iv wasn’t in my arm. Again she said this is normal which I confirmed with my nurse friends that it is not. I was done for about 10 minutes before anyone came after I said “hello I’m done.” Wanting to get out of there- and the nurse said sorry we are so busy today. They didn’t ask how everything was at the end because they knew. I paid and left, calling my nurse friend on the way home to learn this was not normal. Maybe they’re just learning but I don’t think anyone should go here. I’m glad this is “all” that went wrong. Scary how much worse could have happened.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! The service was amazing, the staff (Xena) and nurse (Zaida) were so kind and professional, and they really took the time to explain everything. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. If you’re thinking about trying an IV drip, this is the place to go! Highly Recommend
