I thought The CryoBar was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean, modern, and relaxing. My session left me feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day. The cold was intense but surprisingly invigorating, and the benefits kicked in almost immediately — my muscles felt looser, my mood lifted, and I had a noticeable boost of energy for hours afterward. If you’re looking for a quick, effective way to recover, recharge, or just treat yourself to something unique, I can’t recommend The CryoBar enough. I’ll definitely be back!

I LOVE the CryoBar!! Their Cryo Skin therapy is amazing and now they have a FaceBar, which is where I got a facial. It was so great - made my skin look so awesome and refreshed and tighter, and it was so soothing, relaxing and enjoyable! Emily was very knowledgeable and knew all the right things to do for my skin. Highly recommend!!!

Loved my experience. The friendly staff made my first visit really easy. I had some hip pain and I noticed a difference after 1 visit. Will def visit again.
