Lots of mixed reviews so I wanted to say I had a good first appointment experience today. PA Samantha Stuckey was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She was flexible with my needs and short/long term goals. I look forward to continuing to work with her! Also the front desk staff and scheduling was easy and seamless for me. I left a voicemail initially and they called me back shortly after. I got in the following week

Fabulous integrated health practice! The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly very attentive very professional. I'm on my third IV of vitamin C to eliminate mold from my body. This practice was referred from my wife's biohacker in New York City. We both have black mold in our bodies and ProHealth is really helping us eliminate this.

Follow up from my previous review of one star (below). After I posted it, the practice manager called me and was very friendly and listened to my concerns about my experience. She acknowledged a couple of things should have been done differently on their part and offered that I could get a follow-up session at no charge. I appreciated that very much. Again, I've heard good things about this practice in the past - my initial experience was just good. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt going forward. I hate to write this review but I feel I have no choice. I came here with high expectations of seeing a holistic doctor for a condition. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. First of all, I had to wait 45 min for the doctor to see me during the initial visit. Even after I asked about an update, no one bothered to provide one. I almost left. When he did finally see me, I felt like I was being seen in the manner I wanted to be. However, the doctor had me get blood work done but then didn't bother to review the results until I called multiple times and, even after that, barely provided any commentary on them or what may have been causing the condition I had come in for. By that time, he probably didn't even remember. As a result, after spending hundreds of dollars on multiple visits (you have to come in for a pre-screen before seeing the doctor), I still have no idea of what may be causing my condition. Therefore, a complete waste of money and time. I'm very, very disappointed and, obviously, would never go back here again.
