I’ve been seeing Dr. Meraj Baig for almost a year, and she has been amazing. She is a great listener and truly takes the time to understand what’s going on rather than rushing through appointments. Her diagnosis and medication plan have helped me tremendously, and I’ve been doing so much better since starting treatment.
She is also very kind, supportive, and understanding. On one occasion, I was late to an appointment and she was very gracious and did not charge a late fee, which I really appreciated. Dr. Meraj Baig is professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her—she is truly one of the best in her field.

the amount of follow-up needed to get proper treatment as a client at this office is so ironic given that they’re supposed to be helping me manage my adhd, not adding to the symptoms.
I requested an appointment as existing patient on their website, which stated that a staff member would be calling me to confirm the appointment. I never received any form of confirmation, much less a phone call.
I had to call myself on the day of to confirm the appointment. At that point, I was told it was in person, due to a policy. I understand why the policy is in place, and I might’ve been able to make the appointment if I was given a head’s up, maybe via phone call? given that I live an hour away and had only a few hours notice, I had to reschedule, which was extremely frustrating since I ran out of meds. the employee on the phone said she’d have the provider send a partial refill. with it being a holiday week, I hoped someone would’ve prioritized this and ensured it was sent.
there’s been several other instances of lack of follow up, urgency, or attention to detail, such as my meds getting sent to a old pharmacy also an hour away, on a multiple occasions, which unfortunately, caused the need for more follow-up!!!
overall, it’s too much work, a huge headache, and negatively affecting my health at the point.
to give credit when credit is due though, the staff have been really quick to bill me for any cancellation fees!
please pay attention to the other reviews - their experiences aren’t unique. you can do better and you deserve better.

I've taken a family member to receive treatment at Advanced BHS for a couple years now & the service has been excellent. Both providers, Anthony and Cody have taken great care of my family member, and been very attentive to their needs. Our family is very grateful for the care provided to our family member by Advanced BHS.

Avoid this place.
My son went in for a simple medication refill, but the doctor spent a long time talking about things we already knew, clearly dragging out the visit. Weeks later, I received a bill that didn’t even explain what the charge was for. After calling twice, billing told me it was for “extra time,” which is ridiculous — if we had known, we would have just done a telehealth visit. We only went in because the doctor insisted on an in-person appointment and then spent most of it repeating unnecessary information.
Even worse, a week later my card was charged an additional $80 without any notice or consent. I called three times, and they kept insisting I had authorized it, which is completely untrue. This kind of billing practice is unacceptable. Very disappointed and would not recommend this clinic.

This review is for Stephen Bryant - he has been my teenaged daughter's therapist for over a year now, and has been an absolute godsend not only for her, but for my husband and I, who have monthly sessions with him as well. She'd seen many therapists over the years before we found him, never finding the "right" one - Stephen is deeply emotionally intelligent, a fantastic listener, meets people where they are and encourages them in an always supportive manner to move forward, at whatever pace they need to be moving, and continues to provide my daughter with the guidance she needs as she navigates her recently acquired diagnosis of bipolar II, which has been difficult and painful not only for her, but for her family as well. She is now doing much, much better, and we owe that progress in no small part to Stephen. Very, very grateful we found him!!!
