Sherri has been amazing! She is very supportive to your goals with ideas to support when you struggle with your mindset to stay on track! I was able to loose 30 lbs within 2 months of the program without exercising which I was never able to do with any other programs. I recommend that you maintain your consultation appointments with her every week in teh weight loss portion and in the maintenance phase. It was the feeling of accountability that has been making the difference !

I would recommend Sherri to anyone. She is amazing! I lost 50 pounds with her and I've kept it off for several months now and have no intention of ever going back to the way I was before. I have tried every diet out there and this one finally worked for me. Meeting with Sherri weekly was a game changer for me. So grateful for Ideal Weight Clinic!

After trying to follow the program at other clinics, I found that having an RN was a big advantage during my weight loss journey. Sherri has years of clinical experience. I learned things critical to understanding my body and how to get to my weight loss goals. This clinic has all of the IP food choices, and Sherrie makes it fun with incentives and her positive cheerful coaching.I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
